Can't give you more information than you can read on the case back. But as for opening it, it's a screw on case back so I would try one of those rubber ball case openers first.

I saw the same listing and think it's been put together from NOS parts. A while back presumably the same seller was selling a similar setup but with a red/white bezel. I contacted him and asked him specifically which number was underneath the balance wheel (where the movement number should be)...

It certainly seems like the correct style bracelet. If the bracelet is 0,25 mm too wide it can possibly be filed down to fit.

The whole bridge may actually look a little too new, or at least out of tune with the rest of the movement.

You could also consider buying a parts watch. It shouldn’t be too hard to find a cheap one with an 1145 in it.
